Returns
You have the right to return a placed order up to 14 days after receipt. After receiving the return shipment, we will check it, if it is received in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense.
When returning, the items must be in the same condition as you received them, including the original packaging. Including all loose parts, not glued or assembled and unadjusted.

Digital downloads
Digital downloads are not exchangeable or returnable.

Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item? Contact us by email to discuss the possibilities.
Exceptions
Sometimes items cannot be returned.
– Items that have been offered with a described defect.
– Items that have been specially adapted to your wishes, for example in a customised scale or a print from the print service of a self-supplied file.
In some cases, only part of the costs can be refunded:
– Items that are not reported and returned within the set period of 14 days after receipt.
– Items that are no longer in their original condition, are incomplete or damaged, and that are not the fault of MJG-3D.
